About us
This project is all about Moscow. It is the result of collaboration of several people who will introduce themselves here.
Anni Pelmeni:
Privet everybody! I chosen a nickname Pelmeni to let you learn an useful word for your further travel to Russia and to Moscow. Pelmeni is a typical Russian meal and I myself like pelmeni very well. I live in Moscow for about 3 years. I did my studies in Germany and afterwards returned to Moscow to live in the rhythm of this megapolis. Now Moscow is my everyday life and I have lots of stories to tell about this city. Moscow is the capital of Russian Federation and a very special city in the whole Russia to the point that many claim that Moscow is no longer Russia. Is that so? Moscow is a difficult city with lots of contradicting sides, but it is also a city of great opportunities and chances. Moscow is a fun city with lots of life going-on, but is also a city of failed ambitions and lost hopes.
In this blog I will not discuss politics or economics, instead in this space I will try to show different sides of Moscow as a city – architectures, streets, parks, little charming places, unknown hideouts so when you visit Moscow you will have a feeling of déjà vu. Maybe you will learn to understand Russian people better when you read about our way of living (and also eating – meals unite people ), about our dreams and hopes. You are more than welcome to visit Moscow and explore the city so see you here soon!
