On the weekdays cars rule the streets of Moscow. Unfortunately, the traffic order is such that the car is the king in the castle. Cars can drive anywhere and everywhere in Moscow (save for couple of tourist areas). But the problem is that they hardly drive, most of the time cars are just stuck in the jams. So in Moscow a car is really the least efficient transportation means.
With 10 million inhabitants, Moscow has 3 million officially registered cars, it makes 1 car per each 3 persons.
